I am the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor here at Acertara. I enjoy hikes, spending time with my daughter, and the rare chances I get to sleep in.
If you could pick one theme for Acertara to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?
Acertara’s journey should be portrayed as a fantastical Tolkien-style journey about the development and growth that we have seen and the long but exciting road ahead.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
Lots of data keeping! I collect information on many things about our daily operations to ensure we run as efficiently as possible – all the way down to how many of a package type used in a day!
What do you like most about Acertara?
I enjoy Acertara’s growth and project development. Seeing what new things we are working on and getting to watch how we roll out new services and product to customers is always exciting.
What do you find most challenging at Acertara?
Keeping up with demand is one of the biggest challenges at Acertara. From the beginning to the end of the day, we are nonstop moving and working to get customers taken care of and advance to tomorrow’s goals.
If you could switch roles with anyone else at Acertara, whose role would you want? Why?
If I could switch roles with anyone at Acertara, I would switch roles into Shipping and Receiving – I love being detail oriented with our data and constantly moving while packing!
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy going on hikes and visiting the mountains as much as I can. Otherwise, I’m at home play games with my high school friends!
What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?
I definitely couldn’t live without my Purple pillows – they are life savers after a long day!
What is your hidden talent?
My not-so-hidden talent is being incredibly organized. Even at home, things need to be in order and catalogued!
What is your favorite movie and/or book?
My favorite movie is Fight Club. Showing it to people who have never seen it is the best feeling.
Where would you like to travel to?
I would love to travel just about anywhere in the world. My top three picks would have to be Japan, Iceland, and Ireland.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
Danny DeVito should star as me to give my story extra character.
If you could drink one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I always take Blue Moon with me when I got camping – with the orange slice!
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
A lawn chair, shades, and a cold beer!
Top three life highlights?
The birth of my daughter, perfecting my cookie batches, and taking a spontaneous trip to Dallas!
