Employee Spotlight: Abril
Hi, my name is Abril. I am originally from Mexico City, but have lived most of my life in Colorado. I have worked at Acertara for about a year as a Transducer technician, mainly working on TEE probes.
What do you like most about Acertara?
My favorite thing about Acertara is the people. Everyone here is very kind!
If you could switch roles with anyone else at Acertara, whose role would you want? Why?
If I could switch roles with someone else at Acertara it would be someone from the IT area. I think that programing and things of that sort are very interesting.
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
My hobbies include crocheting, skiing and thanks to the lovely people at Acertara bouldering.
What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?
One thing I could not live without is pickles. Love anything that is pickled but spicy pickles in particular.
Where would you like to travel to?
I would like to travel to Greece. I love Mediterranean food and Greece has some incredible views.
