Employee Spotlight: Jordan
Tell us a little about yourself and what is your role at Acertara?
My name is Jordan. I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Fort Collins where I fell in love with cars and motorcycles.
I have also loved electronics since I can remember, and seeing my mom working on projects and repairing everything around the house drove me to have a “repair it don’t replace it” mindset that will always be with me.
My love of cars and electronics has led me down a long path of jobs and projects ranging from mechanical work to soldering, repairing phones, computers, tables and much more. At Acertara I am a Transducer Repair Technician, and I am eager to learn more and advance my skills here for years to come.
If you could pick one theme for Acertara to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?
I think there should be a book about the innovations and advancements Acertara has made for the medical industry and how we are going to continue to make huge leaps towards helping people.
What do you like most about Acertara?
I like the positive environment. Everyone is so kind and personable — I have never felt so at home at work.
What is the one thing you couldn’t live without?
My Harley Davison
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
I would choose Chris Farley.
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
I would bring a fire starter, a large knife, and some duct tape.
