G. Wayne Moore

A 40-year veteran of the diagnostic ultrasound market, Wayne has held senior-level positions with several major medical equipment manufacturers, including Honeywell Medical Systems, Esaote, and Siemens Medical Solutions. Throughout his career, Wayne has been directly involved in the development and commercialization of more than 25 technologically intensive ultrasound systems. Widely published in the diagnostic ultrasound literature, he is a sought-after speaker at medical imaging, regulatory, and technical conferences. Wayne has served as an expert witness in multiple ultrasound litigation cases and is a co-author on more than 25 U.S. and international ultrasound-related patents. Wayne is the 2024 Ultrasound Chair for AdvaMed Imaging, 2024 Chair for the AdvaMed Imaging Service Committee, and on the Technical Standards and Bioeffects Committees of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). He obtained his MBA from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.

Wayne was elected as a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography (FASE) in 2009 and a Fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (FAIUM) in 2020. Recently, Wayne was the recipient of the 2022 MITA Röntgen Award.
